PARENTAL INFORMATION

The safety and well being of your child is of the utmost importance to us. We take every precaution to ensure that we are as prepared as possible to handle any special circumstance that may arise. We hope the information below will answer most of your concerns. Should you have any remaining questions, please call or text 832-788-9333.

Facilities

Facilities include an air conditioned classroom, rest rooms, and an outside playground.

 

Instruction is provided by Nancy Bryan and her assistants.

Lunches

Each student is expected to bring a healthy lunch every day.

 

Refrigeration will only be available for medications.

Arrivals

Classes start promptly at 8:00 AM every weekday. Supervised drop off will be provided at 7:30 AM.

Authorizations

Parents will be required to provide prior authorization for pickups by any person other than a parent.

Attendance & Holidays

Attendance will be taken every day. Up to five days of absences can be made up during the optional fifth week.

Medications

Medications not requiring a administration by a doctor or registered nurse can be administered during class hours but only under the written instructions of a parent and in compliance with the medication prescription(s).

Departures

Supervised departures (pick-up) will be available from 3:15 PM until 3:30 PM. Children will only be turned over to an authorized person.

Message Center

Should you need to contact us during classes or during supervised pickup, send a text to our message center number.

 

Messages will be checked prior to drop-off and pickup as well as before and after lunch.

Emergencies

Parents are requested to provide a primary and secondary contact for emergencies.
